Recruitment Events:

PA CareerLink® Lancaster County provides employers with the opportunity to connect with job seekers at our location. Reserve a room for either a half day or full day and share information about your current job openings with job seekers stopping in. In addition, employers can have job seekers complete applications  and even conduct interviews! Our recruitment events are advertised on our website, social media pages, and shared with our job seeking customers and partners.

Pricing:

Half days (4 hours):$100

Full days (8 hours): $150

Job Fairs:

Our team offers a variety of job fairs for employers to participate. Job fairs vary in size, and some may target a specific job seeker audience. Job fairs include:

Funding Opportunities

On-the-Job Training (OJT):

On-the-Job Training (OJT) offsets employer training costs and allows new hires to earn while they learn.

  • Provides up to 75% wage reimbursement for eligible new hires
  • Maximum training period cannot go over 6 months or exceed $10k
  • Both the employer and job seeker must qualify to participate in this program

 

Paid Work Experience (PWE):

Paid Work Experience (PWE) provides an employer with an intern for 360 hours at no cost to the employer.

  • Internship candidates must be between the age of 16-24
