Michelle is one of PA CareerLink® Lancaster County’s clients that participated in the Career Connections Program (a two weeklong program focused on job readiness and self-marketing). After being laid off in a limited industry, Michelle came to PA CareerLink® Lancaster County in search of some help to get back into the workforce. She then met with a Career Navigator and attended the CCP program which allowed her to re-evaluate and explore new options.
