This Workforce Development Professional led session takes participants through activities that include fast paced, short writing about whatever comes to mind, writing about the world and your experiences as you know them, writing what you know, and writing, hearing, and perhaps speaking with attention, empathy, courage, and compassion! These sessions will allow you to share your own memories and stories and show that you are a lifelong learner and willing to take risks.
