Essential Skills – Adaptability and Conflict Resolution

You can train to learn Hard Skills. What employers are looking for are “essential skills”. This 2-part series covers different essential skills every other week: Teamwork and Communication and Adaptability and Conflict Resolution.

Adaptability and Conflict Resolution discusses why we resist change, what influences we have control over and those we don’t, and how our mindset can determine the potential outcome. Additionally, identify and practice various styles and  when each is appropriate to use, and talk about the different types we have encountered in a workplace.
