14 – 15 year olds
This six-week program allows youth between the ages of 14 – 15 to gain skills, explore career fields, and learn about the labor market trends to prepare them for when they enter the workforce.

Requirments for application:
- Reside in Lancaster County
- Aged 14-15
- The family income is within 250% of federal poverty guidelines
16 – 24 year olds
This six-week program allows young adults between the ages of 16 – 24 gain hands-on experience, develop skills to help them advance in the workforce, and explore different interests/industries.
