- PA CareerLink® Online Job Search system
- UC website access for filing claims (note: courtesy phones are not available)

For job seekers who want one-on-one support, Personalized Services provide guided assistance and tailored opportunities.

- Individualized Employment Plan (IEP) with a Career Navigator
- Intensive job search instruction (Career Connections)
- Supportive services (transportation, work gear, etc.)
- On-the-job training and apprenticeships
- Online learning through Metrix Learning (4,500+ courses)
- Access to Individual Training Accounts (up to $7,000 for approved training programs)
