Re-entering the community after incarceration isn’t easy — but you don’t have to do it alone. The Re-Entry Program at PA CareerLink® Lancaster County is here to help justice-impacted individuals take the next step toward meaningful employment, training, and personal growth.
Our dedicated team provides guidance, resources, and encouragement so you can overcome barriers, showcase your strengths, and confidently market yourself to employers. We believe everyone deserves the chance to rewrite their story — and we’re here to support you along the way.
How It Works
- Sign up for a Re-Entry Orientation to PA CareerLink® services.
- Attend Re-Entry Resume Tips and Re-Entry Job Search Basics workshops.
- After orientation, (if eligible), you’ll have access to one-on-one services, ongoing guidance, and tailored resources to help you achieve your goals.
