PA CareerLink® Lancaster County offers workshops in multiple languages, as well as referrals to ESL classes throughout the community. These programs can help you improve your English, gain confidence, and open doors to new opportunities.

Refugees & Immigrants

Lancaster has a long history of welcoming refugees and immigrants, and so do we. PA CareerLink® Lancaster County provides assistance with job searching, ESL and vocational training, legal referrals, and translation services to support newcomers as they enter the workforce. Our over-the-phone translation services make it easier to communicate with staff and access resources.

Age shouldn’t be a barrier to finding fulfilling work. PA CareerLink® Lancaster County helps older adults explore employment opportunities, develop new skills, and stay connected to community resources.

Veterans

We honor the service of veterans by helping them succeed in their civilian careers. Veterans receive priority of service under the Jobs for Veterans Act (JVA). That means covered persons are entitled to priority access to employment, training, and placement services. If resources are limited, veterans receive them first.
