Youth (ages 16–18)
Serving 16 to 18 year-old out-of-school residents of Lancaster County. Summer programs can serve 16 to 18 year old’s who are in school or out of school.
Young Adults (19-24)
Our program helps young adults explore opportunities, overcome barriers, and build a path to long-term success.
Re-Entry / Returning Citizens
We support clients who are returning citizens or identify that having a criminal background has been a barrier to finding employment.
Adult & Dislocated Workers
Earn your GED or brush up on basic skills to build skills, explore new career paths, and connect with meaningful employment opportunities.
Individuals with Disabilities
Vocational rehabilitation services to help persons with disabilities prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment.
Limited English
PA CareerLink® of Lancaster County works with local ESL Providers to assist job seekers who speak limited English.
Senior Citizens
The Senior Community Service Employment Program provides part-time subsidized, on-the-job-training to eligible seniors.
Refugees
Working with local organizations to help new arrivals to our community adjust and become successful members of their neighborhoods.
Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) / Work Ready
A Career Navigator will provide individual case management and a supportive team to help you address barriers and gain skills.
