Mindful Meditation

An event every week that begins at 3:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 30, 2021
What would it be like to shut down for 20 minutes, let go of everything, and come back to yourself – your sense of well-being? You are invited to share space with others in silent Mindful Meditation, where we will take time to ease our bodies into calm and fully relax. We look forward to having you join a facilitator for a 20-minute Mindful Activity every Wednesday at 3:00 pm.
