Very rarely do we create space in our day to just BE. We are so busy DO-ing that we forget to slow down enough to pay attention to what is happening in the present moment, to cultivate awareness, and to let go of judgments about ourselves and others. Thich Nhat Hanh, a global spiritual leader, poet, and peace activist says that “Life is only available in the present moment.” This is what mindfulness is all about. We look forward to having you join a facilitator for a 20-minute Mindfulness Activity every Wednesday at 3:00 pm.
