An event every 2 weeks that begins at 11:00am on Wednesday, repeating until March 31, 2020

This 1-hour interactive workshop by a certified counselor looks at how we experience and process change like losing a job and the need to find new employment along with the related stress change can cause in our lives.  We will discuss practical and productive ways to manage stress in our daily lives.
