EARN Program
The Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Program provides comprehensive services to individuals participating in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Program Overview
Through EARN, participants gain access to resources, training, and real-world experiences that lead to in-demand jobs with family-sustaining wages. Our program is designed to empower individuals to find sustainable employment, overcome barriers, and succeed long term.
With guidance from trained Career Specialists, participants receive one-on-one support—from career planning to job search coaching—every step of the way.
