Who We Are

We are PA CareerLink® Lancaster County. A local hub in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania that helps locals find connections to resources to obtain employment.

We are dedicated to helping break down the barriers that keep locals from obtaining successful employment, help job seekers gain the skills to land the job they want, and help them build confidence in themselves no matter the situation.

Mission

To coordinate, develop, and maintain an effective and responsive system of programs and services that integrate the needs of employers for an ample and productive workforce within the needs of Lancaster County residents.
