Questions that are answered include:

1. Where do people enter companies in the industry?
2. What are the multiple career paths within the industry...production, technical, administrative support, supervisory and management?
3. What are the steps on the career path or, as in most companies, a career lattice (not just a vertical ladder but a web of lateral and vertical moves)?
